Only information that is genuinely necessary for delivering the project is collected. No unnecessary personal details will ever be requested.
Service Delivery: Understanding your requirements, sharing progress updates, and delivering final project files.
Communication: Responding to queries, scheduling calls, and sending invoices.
Legal Compliance: Name and business details are retained for GST billing as required under Indian law.
Website Improvement: Anonymous analytics data is used to understand which services attract the most interest.
Your data will never be sold to third-party marketers. Unsolicited promotional emails will not be sent. This is a firm personal policy with no exceptions.
Your data is never sold. Limited sharing occurs only in these situations:
Service Providers: Google Workspace (email hosting) and Razorpay (payment processing) — these services follow their own privacy policies and receive only the minimum data required.
Legal Requirements: If required by Indian law or a court order — you will be notified whenever legally permissible.
Project Collaborators: If a subcontractor is needed for a specific project, your prior written consent will be obtained and they will be required to sign an NDA.
Encrypted Storage: Sensitive project files are stored in Google Drive with two-factor authentication. Email communications use Google Workspace with enterprise-grade encryption.
Secure Payments: All payments are processed through Razorpay — bank card and account details are never stored directly.
Limited Access: Only I personally can access your data. It is never shared with or accessible to other parties without your explicit consent.
Existing clients will be notified by email when significant changes are made to this policy. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
