1. Scope of Services
Section 1.1

Services include: Web Development (HTML/CSS/JS, React, Next.js), Backend Development (Node.js, PHP/Laravel, Python), Mobile App Development (React Native), UI/UX Design, E-Commerce Solutions (WooCommerce, Shopify), Website Maintenance & Support, and Technical Consulting.
Section 1.2
Scope of Work
A written Scope of Work (SOW) document is prepared for every project. Only features explicitly listed in the SOW are included. Additional features requested after the SOW is finalised will be separately estimated and quoted.
Section 1.3
Scope Creep Policy
If new features are requested during development that were not in the original SOW, a Change Request (CR) document will be issued with the additional cost and revised timeline clearly stated. Work on any change only begins after written client approval.

3. Timelines & Delivery
Section 3.1
Project Timeline
Estimated timelines are stated in the SOW. These assume the client provides content, images, and feedback by agreed deadlines. Delays on the client's side may shift the final delivery date accordingly.
Section 3.2
Client Responsibilities
For the project to run smoothly, the client must provide: Required content & assets (text, images, logos) in a timely manner; Feedback within 48 hours at each milestone; and Access credentials (domain, hosting, APIs) when requested.
4. Revisions & Feedback
5. Intellectual Property
Section 5.1
Client Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment, complete ownership of all deliverables — source code, design files, and assets — is transferred to the client. I may retain a screenshot or demo for portfolio purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise.
Section 5.2
Third-Party Components
Open-source libraries, stock images, and premium plugins will be used appropriately, with their licences communicated clearly. Costs for premium licences (themes, plugins) are billed separately.
"Clear communication is the foundation of every successful project. When in doubt — always ask."
6. Confidentiality & NDA
7. Termination & Refunds
Section 7.1
Client Cancellation
If the client cancels the project: full payment for completed work is due. The advance payment is generally non-refundable as it covers time already invested in planning and initial work. A partial refund may be considered if work has not yet commenced.
Section 7.2
My Cancellation
In the unlikely event I must abandon a project (e.g. medical emergency), the client will receive a full refund for any work not delivered, or I will arrange a handoff to another qualified developer — whichever the client prefers.
